Quite something, Jim. Even has its own built-on bird poop protector.
I wonder how well it works on a heeling boat, say 20-30 degrees off level.
I also note that some of the max interface cable runs would not make it down a mast.

I think I read that these kind of sensors do better in healing boats than
the normal ones, which apparently have some errors from healing.

I'm looking in Craigs list for a slightly used, or even brand new if slightly defective Airbus pitot tube system, like the one Air France once used, since I figure down here in So Cal icing won't be too much of a problem. I wonder who makes, er, uh, made them?
