Aspiring Cal owner looking for a ride (and a boat) in the SF Bay Area

Hi All, I'm looking forward to buying my first boat and am seriously considering a Cal 36. I'm hearing wonderful things about them, and would love to crew for you (and / or bring lunch / trade some labor) if anyone is going out for a sail on the bay or within 50 miles up and down the coast from San Francisco (prefer Cal 36 but I'm really game for anything).
