Has any found a source for door hinges for the Cal 34. I have the forward cabinet door at the anchor locker. I have one and the other rusted in half. Cal 34 Mark III 1977 S/V Animal House Charleston, SC Danny Covington

Danny, By your description (i.e. rusted), your 1977 34 MkIII may have the same hinges as my 1978 2-39. I was going to try these. http://www.hardwaresource.com/hinges/CABINET+HINGES/Pivot+Hinges+for+Cabinets/Semi-Concealed+Pivot+Hinge Not an exact match but close. I have searched and searched for replacement knife (a.k.a. blade) hinges for our 2-27 cabinet doors. The only ones I have found are ferrous. I bought some a few years ago, and now they are failing. I did find one source that claimed to be brass, but when I emailed the company they replied that they were "plated". Arrrgh! If you locate a source for brass, bronze, SS, or whatever that will not corrode/rust I would really like to know. Thanks! In the world of home products, brass is a color. So is bronze. I bought a wire wheel from Lowes that was bronze. That was a color as well. Really pissed me off when I found a magnet stuck to my bronze (colored) wire brush.
