Jerry, I not only intend to use the same surgical techniques in both cases, but also the same materials. I might have to vary the epoxy thickness a bit though.
BTW, I like true facts. They are so hard to come by these days.
Cheers

Charlie, you represent American entrepanoorialial enterprise at its finest. Just think, you could offer a two for one, check everyone's dreaded beam (yeah,I bet everyone has a dreaded beam whether they know it or not) and their Colon, for one low price. Next thing, is, you could repair said beam using common surgical laproscopic techniques, offering a new milestone in low cost, cosmetically unobtrusive ship repair.
Woooweee!
Jerry
Did you know I was the world's first scope-dope to be scoped? That's a true fact.
By the way, I'm working on a genetically modified mold that reverses dry rot, replacing it with fresh cross linked polyethylene hi modulus composite stronger than the original cellulose.

Well, Folks, I bought it. The good old Aardvark 9. Turns out the camera head can be extended up to 15 feet (optional extra cables, obviously). I will report back on my stupidity (or brilliance). Initial targets are the dreaded beam on my CAL 40 (Gulp! - maybe the Aardvark will not work and save me a lot of grief)) and the area around the engine mount in the stern of my CAL 25s. Also thinking that finding stuff in some bilge areas might be an application. Who knows, I might be able to expand my operations into discount proctology?
Cheers
Charlie

Charlie, I'm just afraid you get the test tube grown colon replacements mixed up with bio engineered mold, and replace peoples colons with beam implants, and Cal beams with new colons! Holy Shiii#@%! After all, you will be working around the area of the head, won't you? Next thing is we'll have something that is half human, half sail boat.
