Cal 2-29 deck Leak

Just hosed down the boat and went below to clean up, noticed fresh water under the sink and in the cabinet behind. Now I Need to trace the source: stanchion base, chain plate (dry, but still) Any short cuts to this type of detective work? Any other '29 owners with a similar leak?

Check the hull-deck joint. If water is penetrating there, it might need to be re-caulked.
