Way to go. As it happens I opted out of similar work on "Now". A Cal T/2 that developed a nasty keel crack (thanks again for all the advise offered here). After much hemming and hawing I am in the process of taking her apart. We unstepped the mast yesterday, as well as removed the opening ports from the front of the cabin. Soon to follow will be hatches, stanchions, and side ports. Let me know if any of this will help your refit along Tomas

There's a well used (the original) main, a 110 in fair condition and a decent, but stained storm jib

let me guess: the keel crack is at the aft edge where the keel meets the hull.
