3 Bridge Fiasco

Hello all, Anyone do the three bridge fiasco yesterday? Wow, what a race. In my start there was one other Cal 29 (Serendipity) but I saw a few more cals out there. It was the first race on my boat, after crewing on other's boats for years. What a great day. For those who don't know about the race, it's in the SF bay, and you have to "round" all three bridges (Golden Gate, San Rafael, and Bay Bridge) in any order, in any direction. You can also go through the start in any direction. Usually it's mild winter conditions, but yesterday it was gusting to 30 against a nasty ebb on the way to the finish. Approx 21 miles in all. J
