This will sound strange, but works like magic with sprockets, gears etc. seized onto farm equipment shafts. 40-50 yrs. Iodine. Use a puller, exert a fair amount of tension, soak the joint with iodine, might take a day or two. Should loosen up, has worked for me many times.
