I would think that the rubrail for the CAL 25 did not change throughout
the production run of the original "flat-top" CAL 25. The CAL 2-25
(1977-82) may have used a different type though. Charlie , would know
better than me!

They are the same, Tom. I happen to have a 1969 (maybe a 1968?) and a 1974. I know sources for new rails as well. Old ones are hard to reinstall.

You got it, Rod. Flat tops all the same, and 2-25 different.
Cheers

D&R marine has rubrails that don't yellow. I have had mine for 5+ years and it looks pretty much the same.

Yes, Rudy Nickerson at D&R Marine in MA has the rails. If you are West Coast check with Steve Seals at Seal's spars. I can provide addresses if needed, but scrambling right now.
Just got back from San Diego (problems in DFW with storms) and leave early tomorrow for the weekend race to St. Michaels and back.
Cheers
Charlie
