Re: [Cal_Boats] Sink Attachment Hardware and Cabinet Hinges
Home Depot tends to carry the more common parts. I was talking to an employee there recently (I am a frequent shopper) about their reorganized tool corral, and how hard things were to find. He said they were now organizing their shelves according to frequency of sales. He said that stuff with low sales volume has been bumped to the on-line sales site with free deliver to store. He owned up to the fact that is less convenient, but…
So, the lesson would be that the on-line sales site is better stocked than the store. Check there first. Having done that several times for ductwork items, I had to go through the learning curve of what one calls the damn things so that one can find them.
Thanks
Charlie

Hi, Folks. I briefly looked at the TACO Marine Metals catalogue, and I’m not sure if they have what you are looking for. They might. Catalogue is available on the web.
Looks like things you would find at a door and window hardware parts store or an RV parts place. Hinges might be from a kitchen cabinets supply place.
Don’t know if this helps, but the sink clips look like something I used to have to hold in the outside screens and glass on my home windows.
Jensen used to get their parts pretty much anywhere they could. These are not specific marine items.
Take Care

These were holding the galley sink in place in our Cal 29. Does anyone know where to find replacements? Or even the proper name for them? Most of the bolts are too badly rusted to remove.
