Yes, great article. I am a fellow member of the Raritan Yacht Club and it is amazing to watch the progress on Sin Fein. My boat - a 31ft Mariner Ketch - was also destroyed during Sandy but unfortunately beyond repair. I parted out many components before having it chopped up and in fact the engine the article mentions that will be going in Sin Fein was donated by me from salvage of the Mariner - it is an excellent engine and I hope it will serve Sin Fein as well as it did me.

As someone who years ago sailed from Annapolis to Bermuda on a Mariner 31 and who presently owns a Cal 40, I found your post about the loss of your own boat and and the donation of its engine to the Sinn Fein rebuild doubly touching.
