Pathfinder (Marine Diesel) Mechanic in SF Bay Area

It looks like the last few years have taken a toll and a lot of mechanics are not in business in the bay area that were around a few years ago. I have a VW Pathfinder and need a mechanic? Anyone know a good one in the bay area? or just a really good mechanic who is not locked into a single manufacturer? TIA, Sam
