I would be taking great care with them cracks if I was you and would be tapping that whole area looking for more delamination. I say this because I am pretty sure That that was what failed and caused my boat to sink ( Chase Me ). We thought at first it was water coming into the hull thru engine well that caused the sinking. However with further thought and discussion we consider that to be almost impossible we would have had to had the rail totally immersed before water could have leaked in that way. I am pretty sure we had a catastrophic failure in the area where the hull meets keel or the bow stem split open Jay

BTW I am a builder laminator by trade . bare in mind that the actual crack is going to be over twice the length of what you can see before grinding Jay
