Cal 28 Needs New Owner

This is my boat. I purchased this Cal 28 and planned to chop it up. Instead, I started restoring it. It's been cleaned out in the interior. New overhead to replace the water damaged one. New bulkhead installed to secure the rig. Mast worked over: new anchor light, steaming light, running rigging updated. Texas Title and Registration good for two more years. No motor, has outboard bracket My plans have changed. It's still got restoration potential. I've just run out of steam on this project. My price for this boat is $500. It's worth at least twice that much for the lead in her keel.
