Green Dragon rates PHRF 39 .... essentially 75 seconds-per-mile faster than the Cal-40 at 114. No wonder they were coming down on the Cal-40 so fast ! It seems that the boat is owned by a Gary Green from DRYC. From the internet, it seems that they were looking for paid crew, or something like that. "Green Dragon 2" is a Beneteau First 44.7 berthed in Marina del Rey, California. We have a full sail inventory and race PHRF in local weeknight, random leg and mid-distance races. Looking for a crew manager to organize crew, serve as tactician and as relief driver on longer races. Substantial, recent experience racing 40+ boats in competitive Southern California venues sought. Compensation negotiable, depending on duration of each race. Then, Green Dragon appears to just sail away as if nothing happened, as if Celebrity should not have been in their way. Fin, It reminds me of drivers on I-95 here in south Florida, as they seem to believe that cars ahead are the burdened vehicle. I trust Green Dragon was DSQ'd for that blatant failure to keep clear....
