Cal 29 rudder post deck plate replacement

My cap is shattered...brittle...it is also not your standard 4" deck access plate. Does anybody have a source that would match the 4-1/2" thread..and is that the right size? I'm hoping somebody crossed this bridge at some point. Cheers everybody.
