Hey Chris, I am in Channel Islands Harbor. There are 2 Cal 29 tiller models over here. Where are you in Ventura? I am trying to figure out what the original tiller looks like (and where to order) for Cal 29. The one that is falling off my boat is approx 47" long and has an 'S' curve, and ultimately results in a 4" rise from the tiller base, but curving back down at the end furthest from the base. I ordered from ruddercraft.com site what they have listed as a Cal 29 tiller, (style G) but it just doesn't seem like the right fit. At rest, this tiller will hit against the side of both seats in the cockpit. The closest thing on ruddercraft site to replacing what I have currently would be what they sell for Cal-25.. This whole search has just left me wondering what would come stock on a Cal-29? Chris OlderCal-29Ventura, CA

Hi Randy - The boat is actually still in Richardson/Tiburon area until May 1st-2nd, when I plan to have it delivered to Ventura. Looking at Ventura West Marina. It's a new boat for me and just trying to getting situated in this area. I'll have to visit there in Channel Islands and meet you all. I looked at a Cal 29 on Yachtworld and sailboat lists that had Tillers, there is also YouTube video of a kid sailing with a tiller. I am converting my boat back to a tiller next haul out. The tiller I bought from rudder craft looks like those.
