Cal 27 Mark III Keel Bolt Foot Pounds or Pressure?

Can anyone provide the foot pounds of pressure specified for the keel bolts on a Cal 27 Mark III? My keel has very significant movement from side to side when hanging in a sling and I'm wondering it the bolts are lose or if the tabbing below the floor pan has cracked. Any information would be very helpful!David
