Hello Everyone, My name is Matthew and I just joined the list. Im also the owner of a new to me 1986 Cal 33. Its currently in a slip near myrtle beach SC. Any other 80s cal owners around here? Matthew

I'm a 1986 Cal 33-2 owner, but not close to you. We keep ours in Topping VA. Just had a fantastic day on the water today. Steady 14 knot winds. Little hot, but bearable with the breeze. Would be glad to share knowledge of Cal 33 if ever needed. I bought it about 2 months ago. Its name is FNR (currently) It was motored up here from Stuart Fl to Little River SC where I bought it. Its haling port is Oriental NC previous name was Katlee about 2 years ago.

I do not recall a boat named FNR in Oriental. Ours was part of a charter fleet in its early life. There was one other in that fleet. I have seen or heard of at least 3 other cal 33s in the Oriental area.
