Propeller Calculations & Recommendations

All, I have placed inquiries to several propeller manufacturers for recommendations to replace our existing 3-blade 18L12 propeller with a folding or feathering design. Email replies are all over the map. None actually compare to the results I get with on-line calculators. I'm beginning to think that manufacturers are merely recommending whatever they have available, since none have replied that they don't make the proper size/pitch. Most of the prop calculation websites are designed for power boats.
