CAL39 MKII 1979 model 5ft 6 in draft for sale $22,000 OBO

I am selling my CAL39 well below market place. I just cannot afford having two big boats, and I need the mooring. The boat is in MIAMI, is in good condition, just need a bottom paint, and new stuffing box. The perkins 4-108 has new injectors, and i changed the windows and rebbeded the main lexan hatches. Also have new running lines, the rig is in great shape, and the sails will need to be changed in about 5 years.
