The good news is that you are not in South Florida. It is insane how low sailboat prices has gone, plus all the scammers with Paypal, counterfit cashiers checks, counterfit bills, crazy people asking for owner financing, and on and on. My 1979 Cal39MKIi has been for sale for one year and I have drpped the price to...$21K! And still I see comparable boats price at or below my boat, that is insane!!!
