Funny. It’s on the Mexican coast, south of PV. Remember Shawshank Redemption? That’s were Andy and Red met up. Anyway, the skipper is Patrick Murphy and his 1st mate, Davey Jones. Yes, he is aware of the coincidence and they are making their way around, eventually through the Panama Canal, on the Samson C-Lord hull made of ferrocement. I think she’s 60’ or so LOA. Came over from Kauai a few years back. I’ve been on her a few times, sailing in the SF Bay out of Berkeley and when she was anchored off of Capitola, CA then Monterey, CA. Big, working boat! They will be ready for at least a drink, but I don’t have any idea when they will arrive. No schedule..just enjoying life for now.
