Hello,
My '79 2-25... with the deck-stepped, supposedly, collapsible mast appears to have been modified to prevent that.
Do any of you have the same and could send me a couple pics of how it should look?
I'm surfing to find some also.
Aside from detaching the stamding rigging, backstays, etc...i dont think it would collapse.
I like things "as-designed" or improved, but also want to umderstand the original config...in case.

Can you send me a pic of your collapsed step? My step looks kind of weird and I want to be sure that's its not the same issue.
