mid rail chocks

Hello fellow sailors, I have a 1988 Cal 28-2 and last year unfortunately the midway chocks were ripped out of the sailboat by a careless water taxi. Does anyone have any information on who the manufacture for the chocks were/are or where I could go about getting a replacement? I am trying to avoid replacing both as I like the look of the chocks in the toe rail. An idea I had was to remove the other from the pair and have it be recast or manufactured in some way.
