2-27 rudder question

I took the boat down to gel coat and barrier/bottom painted. When I reinstalled the rudder I noticed I may have fattened it up a bit. It doesn't seem to swing far enough either direction. It looks nice and has a smooth radius. I'm heading back to grind it down. Can anyone give any insight into how much I should remove? How far should it swing? I hope I've described the problem well enough. Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

I might already have that. Guy beside me last week said it looked wrong. Can't wait to check tomorrow.
