Where did you get the "proper" routing of raw water from? Unless i mis-read it, you are now sucking the raw water through the system and push it into the injection elbow?

Dutchess, We became suspicious early on when we discovered hot water being sent through the transmission and into the v-drive. After some investigation, we found the correct routing from the installation manual. BTW, I discovered the blockage and cleared it. No more vapor is visible in the exhaust, and we are now able to motor without overheating.
