Atomic 4 Alternators

I am not sure whether the alternator on my Atomic 4 is standard or aftermarket... it is not outputting power. Does anyone know if these alternators are right or left handed? Perhaps the alternator is spinning the wrong way? Any other diagnostic ideas?

Alternators produce power in either direction. Take it to an alternator repair shop for testing. Ya take it to auto parts or send out To a rebuilder..early A4s used generator If it's alternator its made by Delco You sometime s can chage out Diodes...and they will come back to Life ...also if you need NOT TO TURN BATTERY switch (when engine is running) THIS causes Diodes to blow.. Never use a Automotive Alt. Its Why they call em A Bomb s Make sure you get a marine use For Gasoline eng alternator..
