Another parts request. I'm in need of a gate stanchion for a Cal 34III. I'm located on Lake Champlain in Vt.. Who might know the original manufacturer? I found one at Minneys, but it was angled, mine are almost 90 degrees. It's the starboard side aft stanchion. 24" high, base is 12" center to center, approx. Obviously the tubes should be straight. Any help would be welcome. Carl 1977 Cal 34IIII Nauta

Railmakers http://www.railmakers.com/ did many of the original Cal stanchions and they made up a couple of gate stanchions for our 1979 Cal39. Just call them and give them the dimensions. Great work! First you could call Blue Pelican in Alameda for used, and then Garhauer in so. Cal for new, maybe phone text a pic and specs if they can help. We recommend Garhauer. They are also really good. They made our bow pulpit to perfect specs.
