Replacement galley sink: Cal 39 Mk2

The two bowl galley sink that came standard w/ the Cal 39 Mk2 is ridiculous. Each bowl is too small to fit anything into it. I'm looking to replace it w/ a single bowl sink. But so far, the size seems very rare (rough opening is ~ 12.5" x 20"). Wondering if anybody out there in ListLand has replaced theirs and what did they do? Bigger RO? custom sink?
