The previous owner of our boat had a new boom made with the Harken outhaul
track. It was made my Mars Metal works and works great. We have a triple
reef setup inside the boom and the outhaul is led aft. We are racing
tonight so I will take some pics for you and shoot them out in the next day or
two.

I wondered if anyone knew the manufacturer of the mast/boom on a 1983 Call
39? Standard rig. The end cap needs to be replaced/rebuilt as one of the
two tangs above the reefing blocks broke.
I would also like to find a better 'outhaul'. The previous owner went to
loose footed and went with a low tech, high-friction outhaul. 10 inches of
track and a car with bearing would make this better. Any ideas?
