Cal 27 rudders

I'm looking to replace the rudder on my 1985 Cal 27-3 with a Foss Foam rudder. When I talked with Foss, they said the rudder should have the same dimensions as a Cal 2-27. Does anyone have info to confirm that?
Thanks, David

David,Did you call Foss in Fla or CA? Two different firms I think. I got mine for my Cal29 from the Ca guys, and they sent me the elliptical version, which I really like. Updated design. I think the same rating if you race PHRF. I don't.David Dobbs Cal29 411, on the hard for the winter.

The Foss co in California sent me a drawing showing the old and new rudder
I would want to measure the 27_3 rudder before I ordered a new rudder since
these boats are completely different designs.
